Woonsocket Community Workshop Series: Composting

Want to learn how to build your own composting bin? Join us for a demonstration on making a rotating composting bin that is elevated and enclosed to deter pests like mice and raccoons. These bins are ideal for urban areas and can be placed in your backyard. We'll cover what materials to compost and the process, as well as how to use your compost in gardening. Additionally, we'll showcase our worm farm and explain how you can create one to produce worm castings or make compost teas for plant nourishment.
